Philip D. Sever, Esq. and Tonny Storey, Esq. are the owners and originators of Sever Storey. Both founders have dedicated their careers to helping businesses, families and individuals solve complex legal issues.
Phil Sever
Mr. Sever has represented clients as an attorney for over 13 years against some of the largest corporate and governmental agencies in the country. Before forming Sever Storey, Mr. Sever was a broker at Salomon Smith Barney where he was a certified guided portfolio manager and financial consultant. Currently, Mr. Sever is an active member of the eminent domain legal community and a member of the American Association of Eminent Domain Professionals. Tonny Storey
Mr. Storey has a broad range of legal experience stretching over 10 years. Mr. Storey started his career as a deputy prosecutor where he honed his litigation skills. Delphi Pentecostal Church Rejects INDOT Again

Proposed Eminent Domain Law a Good First Step
State Sen. Doug Eckerty, R-Yorktown, has introduced a bill that could change the landscape for public universities and their use of the power of eminent domain.
