Senate Bill 54 Bill Dies in Indiana Legislature
Senate Bill 54 was killed in the State Legislature on March 10, when this year’s session ended without the bill being enacted. After passing in the Senate by a vote of 34-13, the bill was not heard in the House due to time limitations and its low priority in comparison to other bills.
