A recent LA Times article, discussed a sexual harassment suit filed by employees against Cheesecake Factory Inc. citing multiple instances of sexual harassment behavior in the workplace. Out of the article was an important number mentioned by the commission attorney in the case that 16% of sexual harassment charges involved male victims and is on the increase.
